Jerrod Mustaf and US Elite named Director of International Scouting – Africa and The Caribbean

New York, New YorkJerrod Mustaf of US Elite has been announced as the new Director of International Scouting – Africa and The Caribbean. US Elite and the PBA will also be working together for the US Elite PRO DAY Basketball Showcase on February 27th in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Mustaf and US ELITE will also partner on the scouting, development, marketing and promotion of players in the PBA for opportunities abroad.

Mr. Mustaf is a graduate of DeMatha Catholic High School where he was a 3-time All-American basketball player, Maryland State Player of the Year and Washington D.C.’s Mr. Basketball in 1988. He earned a scholarship to the University of Maryland, where he was an All-ACC selection and was a 1st Round draft pick of the New York Knicks in 1990. He later played in the NBA Finals with the Phoenix Suns and won 2 championships playing in Europe. Having experienced success in basketball on all levels, Jerrod has the expertise and strategic relationships to help any organization improve play on the court, increase branding and visibility, build revenue, attract key partners and create an exciting product. Mr. Mustaf will utilize his years of experience in the International market to find, develop, and promote the abilities of high level athletes for opportunities globally including, but not limited to, the African Countries of Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Kenya, among others and the Caribbean Countries including The Dominican Republic, Venezuela Puerto Rico, and Turks and Caicos.
