Commissioner Angela Culliver announces the 2023-24 Winter Season ALL PBA 2nd and 3rd Teams. Congratulations to these players who were selected for their unwavering commitment throughout the season. These players were outstanding in facilitating what was needed on the court to help their teams achieve success. There were massive amounts of talent throughout the league making this selection was just as difficult as selecting the 1st team! However here are those selections below
