The Jacksonville Jaguars Host the Undefeated Dothan Snipers!

The Dothan Snipers traveled to Jacksonville, Florida on Saturday July 6th to play the Florida Jaguars 🐆. Due to circumstances beyond their control, the organization showed up with only 5 players. Being Undersized & undermanned never became a deterrent for this group of players. The Fab5 showed up and showed out from the 1st whistle! The PBA By A&T Sports Announces Scores From The Month Of June.

Plainview, TX~ Saturday 6/15/24 the Plainview Knights who were 3-1 hosted their rivals the Tulia Bulls who were 2-2 on the season. Tulia tried to force a tie in the South Division, but Plainview was not willing to take a backseat to anyone. At the end of 4 qtrs. it was the Knights winning a tough game 71-65.

The Dothan Snipers traveled to Columbus, Ga June 23rd to play the Columbus Hornets. This game started out at a fast tempo as the Snipers jumped out quickly with a substantial lead. At the end of the first period the Snipers had utilized the signature press of their organization and had a commanding lead of 43-17. Even though the remaining periods were mostly evened out, the fate of the Hornets had already been sealed it seemed in the first period as the 26 point deficit proved to be too much for them to overcome . The final score was 115-86 the Dothan Snipers remain the only undefeated team this season.

News From Around The PBA Week 6.

The South Division started with the Tulia Bulls traveled to Lubbock Texas to take on the Fire Ants! At the end of four periods, it was the Lubbock Fire Ants on top 90-79. This win gives the Fire Ants their 1st victory of the season and gives them a record of 1-2. The Second game of the weekend was on Saturday night and it was a rumble between the Dallas Vikings and the Louisiana Kingdom Riders. This was the first matchup for these 2 teams this season. The Kingdom Riders came ready to play as they came with a full roster for this battle. As both teams settled into play, it was the Kingdom Riders who dominated the court taking this game with a 20 point differential of 103-83. The Vikings drop to 1-2 as the Riders have split their first two games 1-1.

Then the PBA shifted to the Southeast Division where the Lion’s Perception hosted the undefeated Dothan Snipers. In Winter Park, FL Saturday night was exciting as the Lion’s Perception hosted their first PBA game against the Dothan Snipers. At the end of the first half the score was much lower than expected with a score of 20-27 Snipers in the lead. At the end of four it was the Dothan Snipers taking the win 65 to 56 led by Cortez Chaney with 26 points and Jordan Neal dropping a quiet14 points. The Snipers remain the only undefeated team in the PBA By A&T Sports right now with a 2-0 record.

Rounding Out The First Weekend of June In The Pro Basketball Association By A&T Sports.

Tulia, TX ~ Tulia was the home to back to back PBA games the weekend of 6/1/24 as Tulia High School hosted the Plainview Knights Vs Lubbock Fire Ants and Tulia Bulls Vs the Louisiana Kingdom Riders. Both of the games proved to be exciting for the Tulia fans. The first game of the night, Plainview defeated the Lubbock Fire Ants 86-72. This win gave the Plainview Knights a 3-1 record as the Fire Ants dropped to 0-2.

The second game of the night was the hometown Tulia Bulls against the Louisiana Kingdom Riders. The Riders came short manned but was not going to lay down and give Tulia an easy game. Both teams played strong defense and answered eachother shot for shot. In the end it was Tulia defeating the Riders 73-67 taking the Bulls record to 2-1 on the season.

News Coming Out Of The PBA By A&T Sports for the End Of May!

Rounding out May there were two games the last weekend of May 25th. The Tulia Bulls hosted the Plainview Knights on 5/25/24 in their 1st matchup of the season! Both of these veteran teams fought for four periods of play in this game. Tulia’s owner stated that their mistakes cost them tremendously. The Plainview Knights go up to 2-1 with a 96-75 win as the Bulls (1-1) get back in the lab to prepare and come out stronger for their next game!

The Dothan Snipers opened up their season on 5/25/24 at home against newcomers the Lion’s Perception out of Orlando, FL. The city was filled with tons of excitement and anticipation from their fans as they took the court. The game started off with Lion’s Perception dominating and ending the first period 20-16. The Snipers clapped back, out scoring the Lion’s Perception 32-13 in the second. After halftime the Dothan Snipers continued to dominate winning 105-73 in their season opener.

Dallas Vikings Defeat The Plainview Knights In Overtime 86-83.

The PBA By A&T Sports has had 4 weeks of exciting basketball. Let’s catch up with the Knights and Vikings from their nailbiter on 5/18/24. The Dallas Vikings traveled to play the Plainview Knights in Plainview, TX. What an exciting night of basketball the Plainview fans received.

After 4 periods of regulation basketball, this game was not over. Both the Vikings and Knights ended regulation tied at 75 points each. Both teams were ready for an exciting overtime as they took the court. It was #11 Jay Smith for the Dallas Vikings who caught fire scoring 7 of their 11 overtime points that clinched the game for the Vikings over Plainview who fell short scoring only 8 points in overtime. High scorers for the night were Jay Smith and Dameon Buckley both dropping 27 points a piece for the Vikings and Jalen Mason scoring 21 points for the Knights. Plainview goes 1-1 with this loss as the Vikings take their record to 1-1 as well.

Summer Season 2024 Kicks Off!

USA~ Texas- The first two weeks of play have taken off in the PBA By A&T Sports as the Lubbock Fire Ants hosted the Plainview Knights on the season opener 5/4/24. The Knights showed why they were one of the top teams coming out of the South last summer as they defeated the Fire Ants 87-46. Owner Chuck Keller stated ” We have alot of work to do as we are a new team. We are learning the level and intensity of play and look forward to our next game”.

On May 11th the Dallas Vikings traveled to Tulia, TX on Mother’s Day weekend to take on the Tulia Bulls. The Vikings are new to the PBA and the Bulls are playing in their second summer season. The Vikings traveled with a small roster but were determined to show up and compete. The Tulia Bulls showed up ready for war and gave the Vikings lock down defense and a solid level of offense as the Bulls pulled off a home victory of 92-57 over the Vikings. The player of the game for the Bulls was Quinn White with 32 points.

Louisiana Kingdom Riders return to the PBA.

🇺🇸 Shreveport, LA~ Commissioner Culliver announced the return of the Louisiana Kingdom Riders after taking a year off. The Kingdom Riders began with the PBA in its first season in 2021. “We are glad to have them back”, stated Culliver!

The organization began in October 2012 as a new hobby for its owner, Monessia Drake. The team originally were members of the American Basketball Association and began playing as a semi-professional team in 2013. The vision of the Kingdom Riders has been to become a multi-faceted organization that provides fast paced and exciting family friendly basketball events while providing opportunities for growth and development for its players and staff. In 2024, many positive changes have been implemented to further push the organization as a whole into fulfilling the original vision of its owner. We are excited to be returning to the PBA for the upcoming season.
